COVID-19 Screening

Wait in Your Car

Call us to check-in at 919-855-8600, and we’ll tell you when to enter.
Please wear a mask or face covering and don’t remove it until instructed.
We’ll check your temperature and ask you to use hand sanitizer.
Guests must wait outside the office (exceptions are made for dependents).

Additional Safety Measures

Staff is screened daily with temperature checks.
Staff wears appropriate PPE or masks at all times.
Complete disinfection of all surfaces between every patient.
Scheduling is staggered to maintain heightened infection control.
